Gone Fishin'!

Hi, all! The Professors are going to be taking a much-needed sabbatical next week. Though of course we never fully stop working! Adam is in the UK on a whisk(e)y tour of Scotland, England and Ireland. And I am very excited for my first trip to Amsterdam, where I will be getting a personal tour of the Bols distillery and tasting room, as well as visiting many of the city's fine boozy destinations!  I really hope Wynand Fockink sells t-shirts...
