Two Brothers Brewing

I was asked to lead a whiskey and beer pairing dinner one night in New York at the Rye House in 2010. At the dinner was Two Brothers Brewer Jim Ebel to introduce one of his beers Cane & Ebel their Red Rye Ale.  Being a bourbon and rye fan I enjoyed the rye taste with their touch of thai palm sugar.  Later after the dinner I sat down Jim and his wife and tried the rest of their portfolio and continually went back to their French Country Ale Domaine Dupage. It is nice balanced ale of toasty and sweet with a nice dark amber.
